If you are not completely satisfied with your Mageline Beauty purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for MagelineBeauty.com purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently/slightly used condition. Mageline Beauty carefully monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at MagelineBeauty.com.

Purchases

Mageline Beauty purchases can be easily returned by mail at the customer's expense. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

***Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.***

- When you return your purchase by mail and we receive your item within 15 days of receiving the product, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card used at the time of purchase for the full purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund directly to your PayPal account.

- If we receive your item by mail within 15-30days of purchase and we receive it by mail within 90 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at MagelineBeauty.com.

- Items purchased on MagelineBeauty.com may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the receiving date. Items returned to Mageline Beauty outside of the returns window, not in new or gently/slightly used condition, without a receipt, may not be credited back or returned to you.

Mageline Beauty Return Procedures

- Package your return item in the product box and Mageline packaging (if available).
Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

- You will receive an email notification, confirming when your return is processed.
